Texas State Leadership Team

The Leadership Team manages and validates the institutional assessment of compliance with all Core Requirements and Comprehensive Standards. The Team has the following responsibilities:

 
  • Coordinate and manage the internal review process
  • Oversee the institutional review
  • Develop Focused Reports, if the institution so chooses
  • Oversee the development of the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP)
  • Ensure the appropriate follow-up activities are in place to address compliance issues and to monitor the progress of the QEP
